UNICOR
– Unidade Industrial de Cortiça, Lda, was
funded in 1987 with the purpose of transform and sell products of
cork and its derivates.
The
UNICOR’s growth and success it’s due
to the will, dedication, knowledge and know-how of the administration
council and the cooperation of all those that work there. Since
1987, UNICOR was the aim of a sustained development.
With
the fast growth of the enterprise activity, it was necessary increase
the working area of UNICOR. So, it was decided
transpose the agglomerate production unity for new facilities –
UNICOR 2, opened in 2003.
At
this moment, it is being installed an agglomerated bark production
line to attend the market demands.
